8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course

Build an inner tone that feels both kind and strong.

Because inner strength begins with the most important relationship you will ever have - the one with yourself.

We’ve all trained in self-criticism. It comes naturally: push harder, hold it together, keep proving yourself.

It works — until it doesn’t. It drives us forward, but it also leaves us depleted. Until the body says no, the joy drains away, or the voice inside gets too loud to ignore and we feel never quite enough, never quite there. Most of us know this cycle all too well.

But imagine learning to meet yourself differently. With the steadiness of a friend who knows you. With the care that doesn’t excuse your struggles, but stays with you through them. With a kind of presence that softens and a way of being that strengthens and encourages.

That’s the shift of Mindful Self-Compassion

  • Created by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer, MSC is taught worldwide as the gold-standard training in self-compassion.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll practice what research shows again and again: compassion doesn’t make us softer — it makes us stronger, more resilient, and more connected.

MSC isn’t about lowering your standards or glossing over difficulty. It’s about finally learning a different language with yourself — one built on steadiness, kindness, and clarity.

People who practice self-compassion aren’t less driven. They’re more motivated and more able to stay steady when life gets hard.

And that’s the training we’re inviting you into. Eight weeks to shift the way you relate to yourself — not in theory, but in lived, practical experience.

Meet Your Teachers

First things first:

Stephanie and Aida are not fans of fluff. We don’t teach mindfulness and self-compassion as lofty concepts or clichés. We teach them as real skills for real people.

Expect a space that’s authentic, practical, and down-to-earth. You’ll hear warmth, you’ll hear honesty, and yes — maybe a little humor. Because compassion is serious work, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy.

Aida Beco

Aida is a therapist, an anxiety recovery specialist, and a teacher of self-compassion and mindfulness. With years of experience working at the intersection of evidence-based therapy and lived human struggle, she has guided countless individuals in finding a steadier, kinder way of relating to themselves. Her approach is clear, accessible, and rooted in practice rather than theory. Participants know her for blending professional expertise with authenticity and a down-to-earth tone — creating spaces that are both supportive and real.

Stephanie Boxerbaum

Stephanie is an attorney, entrepreneur, and certified mindfulness meditation teacher who is passionately invested in providing today’s professionals with the tools to navigate modern life. She is a strong advocate for those looking to gain further insights on how to better connect with themselves and others.

At the heart of Stephanie's approach is a compassionate lens that encourages people to explore what works best for them. Rather than claiming to have all the answers, Stephanie fosters a sense of community and openness, where people can truly be met where they are in the current moment.

Who Is This For?

This program is for anyone who wants to build a kinder, steadier relationship with themselves. You don’t need prior experience with mindfulness or meditation — just curiosity and the willingness to show up.

It may be especially meaningful if you…

  • Hold yourself to high standards and often feel like it’s never enough

  • Find that your inner critic is louder than your inner encourager

  • Want practical tools to handle stress without burning out

  • Are drawn to mindfulness but prefer a teaching style that’s real, authentic, and down-to-earth

  • Simply want to feel more at home in your own skin.

MSC is designed for real life.

Whatever you bring — perfectionism, self-doubt, stress, or just the wish for a more supportive inner voice — this program meets you where you are.

Come curious. Come exactly as you are. This is a space to practice the strength of kindness — together.
